Refund policy

Goose Chase Soaps accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be in original, unused condition. Please initiate returns by emailing us at goosechasesoaps@gmail.com with 'Return Request' in the subject line. Returns will be processed according to payment gateway, with funds returned to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
