SHIPPING POLICY

At Goose Chase Soaps, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Goose Chase Soaps is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped FOB Shipping Point, meaning ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the package is delivered to the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You may also contact us at goosechasesoaps@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.

Temperature Sensitivity
Because our products are handcrafted, heat or cold may affect appearance or texture during shipping. This does not impact product safety or effectiveness, and we are not responsible for such changes.
